Returns, Exchange & Refunds
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any damage to the original packing will not be appreciated and there won't be any return processed.
Due to hygiene of the products, the refund, return or exchange requests are not allowed.

- The return policy holds for only 7 days since the delivery, if 7 days have passed, then we won't be able to help you out in any way.
- If returned, then prepaid order are not eligible for refunds. The products will only be re-shipped to the buyer once you get approval of return & exchange from the customer care team. These are cosmetics products which are not re-usable once you return it, that's why it will only be exchanged or re-shipped once you get approval from the customer care team.
- COD orders are not eligible for refunds.
- We only accept returns if the product received by the buyer is damaged/wrong. No other return case shall be entertained.
- It is required by the buyer to send the satisfactory proof of the wrong/damaged products received along with the invoice and order ID. Customer care team after checking it out will either approve or reject your return request, it is up to Gentle Beast to approve or reject any return/refund/exchange request.
- Payment refunds are only applicable for prepaid orders if the order received by the buyer is wrong/damaged.
- Exchange is only valid for wrong/damaged products received.
- If you cancel the order and the customer care team approved your cancellation request, then you are eligible for a refund.
To cancel your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject being "Order cancellation request". The orders are eligible for cancellation only if they haven't been processed yet. If the product is ready to be shipped or has already been shipped, then there would be no cancellation for any order placed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If rejected, then there would be no refund initiated for the concerned order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Any product on a discount will not be eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are wrong or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Carekart Solutions Pvt. Ltd., C-1044 Dyalpura, 132001 Karnal HR, India.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped, then there won't be any return or refunds.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as it is up to the shipping company.
